Length of a treatment:

• Your initial acupuncture treatment will last between 60 and 75min

• Follow up treatments are 45-50min or longer, depending on the therapists recommendation

Time to arrive at the clinic:

• Your first time arrive 10-15min early to fill out your health history form and other paperwork

• Your time is valuable. So is mine.

• Give yourself time to find parking

What to wear:

• For acupuncture wear clothes that you can slide over your elbows and knees

• For shiatsu therapy wear comfortable, loose clothes
